Exchanges and Returns Policy

Exchange policy

For the exchange to be made, the item must not have been used or washed and must be in the same condition as when it was sent. After GUIMANOS receives the item, if it is not in accordance with the aforementioned, the exchange will not be made.

- Items that are damaged due to washing errors will not be exchanged, as GUIMANOS is not responsible for their improper use/washing.

- Products must be complete with all component parts and including their respective identification labels.

-The exchange will only be made after we have received the item and verified that it meets the conditions described above. GUIMANOS will inform you, up to three days after receiving the item to be exchanged, whether the exchange can be made.
-The exchange can be made for another item of another size or another model, however, the exchange must be made for an item of equal value to the superior item, which is in stock.

-Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Returns Policy

If the item is in good condition, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 5 days. Returns may be made within 15 consecutive days after receipt of the item.

-The return service is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00, and it is not possible to set a specific time, only a date.
-The customer will have a maximum period of 15 days to request an exchange or return of the item.

-Returns have a cost of €5 if you require a collection service.

-Defective items are collected free of charge

If the item delivered is damaged or has a defect, you must send an email to shoponline@guimanos.com indicating the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Sending photos with proof of the defect.

After sending this data, the process will be evaluated and your order will be collected free of charge.

GUIMANOS does not sell second-hand products, defective products or products of inferior quality to the brand's quality standards available on the market on www.guimanos.com . The main characteristics of each product displayed on www.guimanos.com are found on each product page, except in the case of transcription errors. The products offered for sale on the website may not exactly correspond to the actual garment in terms of image and color, due to the Internet browser and monitor used.

All products have an identification label attached. Do not remove the label from the product if you wish to return or exchange the product purchased. If you decide to exercise the right to return the products purchased, GUIMANOS has the right not to accept the return of products without the corresponding label, or that have been altered from their original condition, in which use of the same or damaged products is evident.
