How to initiate a return or exchange
- Access your Guimanos customer area or use the direct link below.
- Fill out the form with the order number (e.g., #1234) , email, and reason.
- You will receive a CTT Easy Return code by email — no need to print a label .
- Deliver the package to a CTT Point/Store or Locky locker .
- After receiving and validating the item, we will process the exchange or refund .
💡 Write the CTT code in the bottom left corner of the package or present it at the counter.
Defective or damaged items
If the item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before sending it back:
- Order number;
- Photographs showing the defect.

After validation, the collection is carried out free of charge .
Deadlines
- The request must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
- The refund is issued within 5 business days after validation at the warehouse.
- For exchanges , the new shipment is processed after quality verification.
Acceptance conditions
- New , unused , and unwashed items;
- With all original labels and packaging;
- In perfect condition , as received.
⚠️ Damage caused by washing or misuse is not eligible.
❌ We do not accept returns of personalized or custom-made items .
Important notes
- We will confirm the exchange decision via email within 3 business days of receiving the item.
- If the product does not meet the conditions, it will be returned to the customer without a refund.
- You will be able to track the return status through email notifications .
