How to make an exchange or return - Easy Returns

First, you must make your return or exchange request in the Guimanos customer area.

If the item delivered is damaged or has a defect, you must send an email to shoponline@guimanos.com indicating the following information:

  • Order number.
  • Sending photos with proof of the defect.

After sending this data, the process will be evaluated and your order will be collected free of charge.

To exercise the right to a refund, the customer must inform GUIMANOS within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving the respective order.

After we receive the item to be exchanged/returned, the item will be evaluated and checked to ensure that all conditions are met.

You will be refunded within a maximum period of 5 working days and you can make a new purchase if you wish.

Exchange policy

For the exchange to be made, the item must not have been used or washed and must be in the same condition as when it was sent. After GUIMANOS receives the item, if it is not in accordance with the aforementioned, the exchange will not be made.

- Items that are damaged due to washing errors will not be exchanged, as GUIMANOS is not responsible for their improper use/washing.

- Products must be complete with all component parts and including their respective identification labels.

-The exchange will only be made after we have received the item and verified that it meets the conditions described above. GUIMANOS will inform you, up to three days after receiving the item to be exchanged, whether the exchange can be made.

-Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
