GUIMANOS was born in 1987, in Northern Portugal — the story of two brothers who, far from the fashion capitals, created a brand that kept pace with the world. No shortcuts, no concessions: just the right fabric, precisely cut, sewn by hands that know their craft.
Guimarães is our home and our identity. A city that knows good things take time to make — and are worth the wait.
What drives us is the finished piece — the moment a fabric becomes something someone will want to wear for years. We follow fashion without obeying it: we design for today and for ten years from now, pieces that can be combined, reinvented, and always find their occasion.
We do everything in Portugal, with premium and certified raw materials — not for show, but out of demand. It's the only way we know to create clothes with a different presence, that last and are noticed over the years.
