General Conditions
Access to and use of this website, as well as the products and services available, are subject to various conditions.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use, which may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to visit this page regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms of Use.
Access to this website is temporarily permitted, and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify services without notice. We are not responsible if, for any reason, this website is unavailable during a certain period. From time to time, we may restrict access to certain areas of this website.
Shipments and Deliveries
Orders with national or international deliveries are sent via CTT.
All orders outside the European Community are subject to customs inspection. This, although uncommon, may result in the application of customs duties—payment of which is the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over $75
Delivery time
If you want to know when your order is shipped, consider:
- payment for the order must be made before processing;
For credit card payments, confirmation is immediate.
In Portugal, in the case of:
- ATMs made before 7:00 p.m., confirmations are received the next day. After this period, confirmations are received two days later.
Orders are processed on Portuguese business days. Orders processed before 12:00 GMT are typically shipped the same day. Orders processed after this time are shipped the next business day.
After the order is shipped, the normal delivery time is:
-Continental Portugal: 1 - 3 business days
-Madeira: 3 - 5 business days
-Spain: 1 - 3 days
-Air: 3 - 8 business days
Delivery times may be extended during periods of high volume of items, such as holidays and Christmas.
Customs hold situations for inspection may delay delivery.
Order status
When your order is shipped, you will receive the order code in your email so you can find it on the CTT website.
If you find it difficult to locate, please contact the customer support line.
If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, they will try again the next day or contact you to schedule a new delivery.
When an order is returned due to customer responsibility and the customer wishes to return it or send a new one, a fee of €5.00 is required for us to process the new order.
This fee must be paid by bank transfer and proof of payment must be sent to our customer service team or EMAIL along with the return order number and the name of the first account holder from which the transfer was made.
Product information
We take reasonable precautions to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices displayed on the website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to refuse requests where product information, including pricing and promotions, is incorrectly posted.
Request denials may also be due to other reasons, such as:
- Product out of stock.
- Inability to obtain payment authorization.
- Fraudulent orders.
If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted immediately.
We do everything in our power to keep your order details and payments secure. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
Guimanos may change prices without prior notice. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current legal rate.
Order cancellation
You can only cancel an order if it's in a pending status, meaning it hasn't been packed or left our warehouse yet. Please contact customer support to cancel this order.
If you cancel a paid order, a refund will be issued within 5 days.
Refund methods and deadlines
GUIMANOS will do its best to refund the customer quickly, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of arrival of the return to our facilities.
In case of canceled orders (orders that have not been shipped), the maximum refund period is 5 days.
The refund will be made as follows:
- If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card itself and can be verified on the next statement.
When the return of an order is the customer's responsibility, the customer will bear the shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the returned order is paid. If the order is not paid, you will need to transfer these costs when placing a new order.
