How to make an exchange or return

Simple, fast process without a label with CTT Easy Return.


How to initiate a return or exchange

  1. Access your client account or use the direct link below.
  2. Fill out the form with the order number (e.g., #1234), email, and reason.
  3. You will receive an CTT Easy Return code by email — no need to print a label.
  4. Drop off the package at a CTT Point/Store or Locky locker.
  5. Upon receipt and validation, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

Write the CTT code on the bottom left corner of the package or present it at the counter.


Defective or damaged items

If the item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us before shipping:

  • Order number;
  • Photographs showing the defect.

Deadlines

  • The request must be made within 15 days after receiving the order.
  • The refund is issued within 5 business days after validation at the warehouse.
  • For exchanges, the new shipment is processed after quality verification.

Acceptance conditions

  • Items must be new, unused, and unwashed;
  • With all original tags and packaging;
  • In perfect condition, as received.

Damage due to washing or incorrect use is not eligible. We do not accept returns of personalized or made-to-order items.
