1. General Conditions

Access to and use of the website www.guimanos.com, as well as the purchase of GUIMANOS products, are subject to these Terms of Service.

By using the website, the user declares to have read, understood, and accepted these conditions. GUIMANOS reserves the right to update the Terms at any time, so we recommend regular reading.

Access to the website is temporary and may be suspended or changed without prior notice. GUIMANOS is not responsible for temporary unavailability, technical failures, or access restrictions.

2. Shipping & Deliveries

Orders are shipped via CTT (national and international service).

• Free shipping for all orders above €75 (mainland Portugal).
• International orders may be subject to customs fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Average Delivery Times

• Mainland Portugal: 1–3 business days
• Islands (Madeira and Azores): 3–5 business days
• Spain: 1–3 business days
• Europe and rest of the world: 3–8 business days

During periods of high volume (e.g., Christmas, sales, holidays), delivery times may be delayed. Customs inspections may also impact delivery.

3. Payments & Processing

Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.

• Payments by credit card are confirmed immediately.
• For Multibanco, payments made up to 7 PM are confirmed on the next business day.

Orders processed by 12 PM (GMT) are usually shipped on the same business day. After this time, shipping is done on the next business day.

4. Order Status

Once the order is dispatched, the customer will receive an email with the CTT tracking number.

If the courier is unable to deliver, a new attempt will be made, or rescheduling will be requested.

Orders returned due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect) may be re-sent upon payment of a fixed fee of €5.

5. Product Information

GUIMANOS takes all measures to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and up-to-date.

In case of obvious error (in price, description, or promotion), we reserve the right to cancel or refuse incorrect orders.

• Out of stock product;
• Payment authorization failure;
• Order considered fraudulent.

All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.

6. Order Cancellation

The customer can only cancel the order while it is in pending status (not yet dispatched).

To cancel, please contact us immediately via the contact form or by email at geral@guimanos.com.

If the order has already been dispatched, you should wait for delivery and initiate the normal return process.

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed quickly, within a maximum period of:

• 5 business days for orders canceled before dispatch;
• 15 business days after receipt and validation of returns.

The refund is made using the original payment method.

When the return is the customer's responsibility, shipping costs are borne by the customer and may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
