General Conditions
Access to and use of this site, as well as the products and services available, are subject to various conditions.
By using this site, you agree to the terms of use, which may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to visit this page regularly to be aware of any changes that may have been made to the Terms of Use.
Access to this site is temporarily allowed, and we reserve the right to withdraw or change services without prior notice. We are not responsible if, for any reason, this site is unavailable in a certain period of time. From time to time, we may restrict access to certain areas of this site.
Shipments and Deliveries
Orders with national or international deliveries are sent via CTT.
All orders outside the European Community are subject to customs supervision. From this, although not often, it may result in the application of a customs duty - this payment is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders over € 35.
Delivery Time
If you want to know when your order is shipped, consider:
- payment of the application must be made before processing;
On credit card payments, a confirmation is immediate.
In Portugal, in the case of:
- Multibanks made until 7:00 pm, confirmations are received the next day. After this time, he is received two days later.
Orders are processed on the business days of the Portuguese national calendar. Orders processed by 12:00 GMT are usually shipped the same day. When processed after this time, they are shipped the next business day.
After sending the request, the normal delivery time is:
-Continental Portugal: 1 - 3 business days
-Madeira: 3 - 5 business days
-Air: 3 - 8 business days
The delivery times can be extended in periods of great flow of objects, as in the case of holidays and Christmas.
Customs hold-back situations for inspection may delay delivery.
Order Status
When your order is shipped, you will receive the order code in your email so you can find it on the CTT website.
If you find it difficult to locate, contact the customer support line.
If the carrier can not deliver the order, it will try again the next day or contact you to schedule a new delivery.
When an order is returned due to the customer's responsibility and the customer wants to return it or send a new one, a fee of € 5.00 is required so that we can process the new order.
This fee must be paid by bank transfer and a proof of payment must be sent to our customer support team or EMAIL along with the return order number and the name of the first account holder from which the transfer was made.
Product Information
We take the necessary precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products displayed on the site are correct. However, we reserve the right to refuse requests where the product information has been published incorrectly, including pricing and promotion.
Denial of orders may also be the result of other reasons, such as:
- Product out of stock.
- Inability to obtain payment authorization.
- Fraudulent orders.
If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted immediately.
We do everything in our power to keep your order details and payments secure. But we can not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any data you provided when accessing or placing orders on our site.
Guimanos can change prices without prior notice. All prices include VAT (when applicable) at the legal rate in force.

R E F U N D - P O L I C Y 

We can only accept returns of new products, complete, without any type of damage or signs of use, within a maximum of 15 days. We do not accept returns of custom parts.
If we receive returns that do not meet the above conditions, the customer will not be entitled to any refund and it will be proposed to send that same return along with the next order. If the customer declines and intends to retrieve the item, he will have to schedule a collection of items at our facility and pay for the corresponding charges.
To exercise your right of return, please contact our Customer Service with the order number, description or reference of the product you wish to return, address and date of collection. This service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and it is not possible to set a specific time, just a date.

Cancellation of orders
You can only cancel an order if it is in a pending state, which means that it has not yet been packaged and has not left our warehouse. Please contact the customer support line for cancellation of this order.
If you cancel a paid application, the refund will be made within 5 days.

Returns of orders / products
The return service is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and it is not possible to set a specific time, just a date.
Returns are free if the reason for the return is the responsibility of Guimanos. If the reason for the return is because you have changed your mind or an error was made in making the request, the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.

Product exchanges
We can only make exchanges on new products, complete without any kind of damage or signs of use.
To make an exchange, contact the customer service line with the order number, description or reference of the product you wish to exchange, address and date of collection. Currency exchange is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
If for any reason the product can not be exchanged, the value of the product will be refunded.

Methods and repayment terms
Guimanos will do its best to reimburse the client quickly, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of arrival of the return to our facilities.
In the case of canceled orders (orders that have not been shipped), the maximum period for reimbursement is 5 days.

The refund will be made as follows:
- If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the card itself and can be verified in the next statement.
- In case of payment by credit card, the refund is credited to your card and will be immediately available.

When the return of the order is the responsibility of the customer, the shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount if the returned order is paid. If it is not paid, you will need to make a transfer of the value of these costs when you place a new order.
