Customer Purchase Guide

To order in the online store, the user must have an email account, and it is not possible to finalize the purchase without registering.

See how simple it is!

• Browse our online store through the different menus, or using our search tool. Click on the article to enlarge the image and information about it: composition, available sizes, reference and price.
• Select one or more items and add them to your shopping cart. After entering your details and checking that they are correct, click confirm.
• Choose between standard or express mail shipping method, and check that the shipping and billing address are correct. Select a payment method, and confirm your order.
• An order confirmation is sent to your email.

After confirming the order, the customer has 48 hours to make the payment. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled.
Guimanos has 2 working days* for the preparation and dispatch of orders placed and paid for on working days. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the order will be prepared on the next working day.
