Identification tag

Each product includes a GUIMANOS identification tag . Please do not remove it if you wish to return or exchange the item.

⚠️ Removing the tag, using the product, or making any alterations to its original condition will void the right to return or exchange it .

Warranty & evaluation

All parts are inspected manually before shipping to ensure GUIMANOS quality.

Durability & care

• You should always follow the maintenance instructions on the inside label.
• Items damaged due to washing or improper use are not eligible for exchange/return.
• To prolong its lifespan, we recommend gentle washing and air drying when applicable.
