How to make an exchange or return

To make an exchange, you must send an email to, which must include: name, telephone number, order number, reason for the exchange.

For the return or exchange to be made, you must send the order to the following address:

After we receive the item to be exchanged/returned, the item will be evaluated and checked if all conditions are met.

You will be refunded within a maximum period of 5 business days and make a new purchase if you so wish.

For the exchange to be carried out, the article must not have been used or washed and that it is in the same condition as it was sent. After GUIMANOS receives the article, if it does not comply with the aforementioned, the exchange will not be made.

- Items that are damaged due to washing errors will not be exchanged, as GUIMANOS is not responsible for their misuse/washing.

- The products must be complete with all the parts that make it up and even with the respective identification labels.

-The exchange will only be made after we receive the item and verify that it meets the conditions described above. GUIMANOS will inform, up to three days after receipt of the item to be exchanged, whether the exchange can be carried out.

-No exchanges or returns of personalized items are made.
